I signed up with them this April. I haven't been able to get in contact with them either, even after the numberous phone calls, emails and any other way I can contact them. They got $1595.00 from me and haven't done a DAMN thing for me. I want my money back as well. If I can help you in any way, please let me know. I don't know how much help I can be in Va, but I will do my best. I contacted my bank and they told me this is a battle I will have to take up with them, they couldn't help me get my money back. So now, I'm angry. Please let me know and I'll help.
