In most developer-direct sales involving loans, it is a actually a third party providing the financing. For that reason, the developer usually cannot even CONSIDER taking the timeshare back when there is an exisiting loan provided through some other entity.

The bottom line is that the exisiting loan MUST be paid off before the timeshare can be sold (...or even given away). Understandably, no one on Planet Earth is going to have any interest in taking on your existing debt obligation when timeshares can currently be bought for pennies on Ebay, virtually any day of the week...

I wish you luck, but stay away from any and all upfront fee entities. They cannot possibly help you and they will just take your money and you will never hear from them again...
