Sadly, no, we did not receive our down payments back. But...when you think of the full price and the yearly maintenance fees, we were lucky with what we did get. The lawyer was cheap, around $300 US. We found his name from a long time friend, Mr. Finstein, a jeweler that we met there in Cabo. He was very nice and they listened when we came with him.
