There are some licensed real estate agents who sell on commission only (i.e., no upfront fees). At least one of them is a RedWeek member who posts here on occasion.

However, a minimum commission for such a real estate agent is likely $1,500 -- $2,000 (a figure which is obviously problematic if the timershare involved is not even worth that much to begin with).
