I have filed a complaint with the state of Florida against Creative Vacation Solutions. They are in litigation with the state and were ordered to cease and desist. The south Florida BBB had over 200 complaints against them. I received a call from Innovative yesterday about the sale of my timeshares. They want an upfront fee, a surety bond, to complete the sale. I will check out the BBB and the state of Florida and decline the offer. Tempting as you know...but Creative will not refund my monies to date and act as though they are still in business.
