The only way to get rid of a timeshare these days is to pay a corp. to take it off your hands, before timeshare company hits you up with a special assessments for weather damage old age replacement, ect.. We got hit with a special asssessment for $1,600.00 on top of the $750.00 yearly maintenance. You talk about a very expensive vacation we could not afford to take. Get rid of the millstone. No more scams.
