Why would they need money for closing costs? The buyer is responsible for that. If the buyer wants it in the deal that you, the seller, pay the closing costs, YOU choose the closing company of YOUR choice and then send the money to that closing company --- not Nationwide Resorts. If NR does not agree to that, it is a scam.
