I did contact a lawyer and tried to get a class action started but once they read the contract it states VSAM is a marketing specialists. In a 180 days refund policy: If in the unfortunate event, that VSAM was unable to satisfy our marketing obligations, we will refund your marketing fee. According to the lawyer you have to read your contract, they only promised to sell it to you on the phone but not in the contract, in the contract it states to market it, and there is no way to proof they didn't try and market your timeshare. So were all screwed! Chalk it up to a learning experience.
