Thank you so much for the research regarding this company. It took me a long time to find a company that will not charge upfront fee. I just received email from them saying when I rent the timeshare all proceeds go to me and when the potential buyer purchase it, the service fee is 601.00 after closing and I received the check from the sale, if I choose not to rent it out, after closing the fee is 901.00 This sounds like a good way to go. What do you think? I will inform you of the progress. Thanks
