I just received email from them saying when I rent the timeshare all proceeds go to me and when the potential buyer purchase it, the service fee is 601.00 after closing and I received the check from the sale, if I choose not to rent it out, after closing the fee is 901.00 This sounds like a good way to go. What do you think? I will inform you of the progress. Thanks
Sounds good if they do what they say .... no upfront fees of any kind.
The problem I see is if all rental proceeds go to you then how do they make money ? Are they a rent to own company? In other words do they entice renters that may be interested in buying to rent first then possibly buy.
