Yes, its an incentive, a potential buyer rent first to see if they want to buy. I will ask, do they have them go to a presentation when I talk to them . I have not commit yet I hope I'm doing the right thing. On their website they did sold one Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshare recently, so it seems they have knowledge of their resorts. I will let you know update. Thanks
