You can also find additional guidance on the subject of selling in "stickies" at http://www.tug2.net.

Be aware in advance, however, that this is unfortunately the worst time in history to be selling a timeshare. The economy is lousy and timeshares are "luxury" items. There are over 1,200 timeshares offered on eBay right now, today --- many of them being offered almost for free, many even including the seller paying all the closing costs as well. Unless your particular timeshare is a relatively high demand location and season, you may discover (...although I hope not) that it has no market value whatsoever at the current time.
