No, there is no "movement" and none imminent, except perhaps further downward. This is simply a reflection of the current economy, where a luxury like timeshare ownership can be more of a liability than an asset. Unless your timeshare is of a high demand location and season, chances are good that you can't even GIVE the timeshare away right now.

As far as "pricing", my advice just states the obvious --- make very sure that your price is BELOW any and every comparable week advertised anywhere for that particular facility. Even then, the odds are not at all with you in this economic climate.
