Hi, Once again, not sure about how these "resale brokers" get all the owner's info since mine wasn't a deeded timeshare. They claim they want to buy our timeshare and faxed a copy of an "offer". So far, haven't asked for upfront fees but said they would take 5% commission from the "sale"? Any info on this particular company based out of Uniondale,N.Y? Thanks for any info, advise, etc.
