Just watch out for any other bogus fees they might get you to pay such as lien search, title search, closing costs, legal fees, marketing fees, alleged back taxes, resort transfer fees, etc.

But to be perfectly frank, most legitimate resale brokers or real estate agents will take at least 10%-20% commission. One offering to only take 5% is a red flag.
