Liberty Resale Brokers are asking that I pay the Mexico SAT fees before getting paid for my timeshare, thats actually a legitimate tax, isn't it? I asked for something in writing and they gave me a quoted price and total refund promise (promise being the key word). Anyone can promise anything in writing but getting the money back is another story.
