I've had absolutely no trouble trading. In fact, we split it every year and trade each unit for a 2 bedroom so we get twice the vacation. Of course, we're flexible because we're retired and we don't like to go to the beach in the summer--but just before or just after school starts! You can't go wrong with OP. However, Marriott only uses II, not RCI.
