Is there an area where you can look at to see what the experiences of others have been?
You should assume that there is a typographical or computer error involved in ANY "$10 per night" rental ad.
Any and every timeshare week owner is paying somewhere between $350 and $1,350 PER WEEK, EVERY YEAR (depending on what and where their timeshare is) for EACH individual timeshare week they own. Accordingly, renting out an owned timeshare for $10 per night when the ownership itself is likley costing the owner around $100 per night (maybe considerably more) in maintenance fees would be financial suicide for the owner of that week.
I'd ask the advertiser for some clarification on the figures for any such highly unlikley $10 rental ad -- it MUST be wrong...
