jayjay, there is no "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE", I charged $1,995 on 1/15/10 and have been attempting to have this charged reversed since 3/15/10. The timeshare changed owners, TAI staff was negligent and did not read all of the material that was faxed to them and now the new owners of the timeshare threaten to SUE ME, if I were to continue in this cancallation process. THERE HAS BEEN NO ANSWER FROM SEAN, CEO OF TAI, SEAN JUST SAYS, "I SIGNED A CONTRACDT" also check the BBB report, TAI ATTEMPTED TO USE THE bbb LOGO without paying for this privilege. redbird
