Tried to give it back to Wyndham, but they didn't want it. Found a company called Timesharesbegone.LLC. They charged 985. but I paid nothing else. It is out of my name (company sent me a copy of the deed in their name). I double checked with the Cumberland Co. Clerk. Week 14 at Sterling Forest no longer is MINE. Only stipulation was I could not owe anything.

You might be able to do business with them. I don't think they work in every state. If you contact them soon, they might assume the 2011 maint. fee.
