You might be able to do business with them. I don't think they work in every state. If you contact them soon, they might assume the 2011 maint. fee.

Are you a shill for this company? In the thread about Optimistic Vacations, you said the same thing. You gave the same phone number. Again, I will say that that phone number is tied to Timeshares By Owner - a company that is under investigation by the Florida Attorney-General.
