In a single word, no. Your transactions were nearly two years ago now and no credit card issuer is going to entertain a charge dispute filed nearly two years after the fact. That ship has long since sailed.

Some credit card issuers allow as few as 30 days after a charge first appears on bill to file a dispute. Some allow as long as 90 days. I have NO idea what the above referenced "1 1/2 years (540 days)" is all about. That's certainly news to me and I harbor some doubts about its' accuracy.
