Regarding your up-date on the timeshare sales companies. What you wrote is more important than you think. If I had not been stung by those illegal time share sales companies I would not be in the finacial vise I find myself. Keeping up with the maintenance payments was not a problem, but paying the upfront fee and maintenance has put a strain on my budget. Being retired and paying another bill on my fixed income is not easy. What I fell for was their statement that it was illegal for them to charge commissions on sales. I hope that any readers will be warned by what you wrote. These companies are scams.
