What state? There's a Greenville in most every state in the USA .... normally it's the Attorney General in the state the scammers are located that presses charges, but I commend you for taking complaints .... you might need to turn those complaints over to the AG of that state or investigate what procedures are available to you.

However, one should never ever give their credit card information to anybody.
