As of May 23rd 2011, The REAL Silver Lakes Vacation Club Association" filed 3 demurs in Victorville Court to force the AFTSLVC to provide discovery to show cause in their alledged lawsuits but as of this date have refused to do so. Also in their website they claim that the Silver Lakes Vacation Club is filing individual lawsuits against the AFTSLVC members to stall the trial to be held in June of this year. So that everyone is clear.... The Silver Lakes Vacation Club Association "The Real Association" is looking forward to the trial in June and has no intention to delay the trial. But at the court house on Monday the 23rd the AFTSLVC councel pleaded with the judge to pospone the trial, which the judge denied. We are looking forward to trial, it is the place where everyone interested in the outcome should personally show up. I believe that those who come will have their eyes opened as to the validity of the AFTSLVC lawsuit once and for all. I as a AFTSLVC member would be more concerned as to where their money was spent by this group of so called "Truth Seekers".
