My husband and I just came back from Embassy Suites, Santa Ana (California) today June 4. We got there promptly at 2. Guy at front desk named Hector told us, "Room to the left wall. That's where they usually hold their meetings". Went to the room to find it was pitch-black. Back to front desk, same guy said, "Oh, maybe they are in the back meeting room across the courtyard." Walked to the back, checking each and every meeting room. No one. Came back to front desk. Same guy whipped out a printout, "Oh, they moved to room Laguna." Again, for the 3rd time, meeting room was empty. Back to front desk, luckily this time Hector the Worthless was with guests. A front desk girl knew right away when we asked about the Carnival presentation. "Oh, it has been canceled. The company called and canceled the whole week. They hadn't rescheduled so we don't know if they would be here next week." Of course we were very upset but after reading these posts, we are so thankful we only wasted 2 hours driving.

BTW, postcard does not indicate any info on sender except postpaid was from West Palm Beach Florida, Permit 3950.
