This is a follow up email to my 05/16 post. My fiance and I called our credit card company to file a dispute. The dispute rep told us to follow the cancellation process to the exact instructions. We wrote a letter to cancel our contract within the three days and mailed it with certified tracking. We checked the tracking within two days and the letter was received, but haven't heard back from anyone regarding our credit back to our credit card. Our dispute with the credit card company is still pending. We lost hope in getting our money back through Devine getways, but hope our credit card will approve our dispute. Devine Getaways said they would contact us within 7 business days to activate our membership and provide us our membership #, but never heard back. This is a valid reason to believe all of this is a scam. This is such a headache for us!
