We have had a unit in Belaire for several years and basically have given up on retrieving anything. Please forward a copy of the petition and we will be happy to join whatever action is necessary to get closure and prevent the continued scam.

I was in Vegas two weeks ago and tried to meet with thier closing office - that was an experience in itself.
