I have one major problem with the link you mentioned above when it says, "selling a timeshare can be easy". In this economy selling a timeshare is NOT easy unless it's a high demand timeshare with low supply and even then many people are having to give their timeshares away in order to get out from under rising yearly maintenance fees.
