When the CEO of the timeshare replied that they are considering legal action against me, I requested clancellation of the contract. in my complaint with the Tennessee Attorney Generall, S. Austin's reply called me every name that could be printed, bottom line, All TAI method is for a series of "refocation letters" to be sent ot the timeshare company "certified mail" at YOUR Expense. However, after 6 months of letters to Commerce Bank, St.,Louis Mo, The CEO of Visa advised that the realized the scam that I was in and credited my visa account to Zero. WOW, this is about the only credit card account that has real folks that listen to the problem and realize that TAI was incorrect in all of their "stories"
