Listen If you are going to sell your timeshare it is going to cost you money. Nothing is free! I have sold two timeshares and have paid either a realtor or a title company money. Yes there are scams so you must be careful who you use. Research the company, check the BBB for ratings and comments. Check out third party sources for input. But again nothing is free. Good luck!
