But you can just as easily sell it yourself on listing sites such as Redweek if you price it right (depending on supply and demand of your resort and time owned) AND you can use a Quit Claim deed without using an attorney or closing company OR you can give it away using the same tactics, however many timeshare weeks can't even be given away.
