Yea give it away after you have just paid and invested so much time and money into it. And if you sell it yourself on ebay or some where like that you still have to pay the resort to perform title work and transfer the deed. Good luck with that your resort doesnt want you to go any where. Nothing is free this is America And no one works for free or gives anything away. Just be an adult and do your due diligence and find the right company for you. Or keep it or even give it back to the resort and suffer the bad credit rating. I have successfully sold two time shares and both times paid a Realtor or title company. The fact you mentioned redweek makes me wonder if you are promoting it. who is really replying?
