How much should what be costing ???? There should be no large upfront fee (hundreds/thousands) charged at all .... they are all scams .... if they were legit they would take their fees at closing, not before .... all they want is your upfront fee .... how convenient that Stacey was out to lunch when your cousin was there and how convenient the receptionist was being so nice .... they are TAUGHT to be that way.
BTW, don't hold your breath waiting for Stacey or any other upfront fee scam company to sell your timeshare .... even if this was a reputable company, it's not a given that any timeshare can be sold or even given away .... it depends on the supply and demand of the resort and time owned.
But since you're convinved that this company is not a scam why don't you pay them that large upfront fee and post back to us when it sells.
