The same thing happened to me and I also spoke with Angelina-complete with the barking dog and sob story of a backed out sale. She kept me on the phone for about an hour. I asked for the number of the person to contact at Diamond and phoned that person who basically told me that they would handle the closing but I had to pay $2500 up front. Needless to say, after reading some of the comments on this post, I did not pursue this any more. What I was confused about was how they got my listing to begin with. I have only listed through redweek and they said they got it from the resort. What a crock.
