Yes. Mine. I advertised here on Redweek and priced it competitively. I was not delusional thinking that I would get a king's ransom for it.

All inquiries I answered clearly and promptly. When we both agreed on a price, we used JRA Services (timeshareresaleclosings.com).

Within a couple of months, all the paperwork and tranfers were legally done.

There was no need for an expensive middle man. My only upfront fee was the advertising fee here on Redweek (plus My Resort Network which I used but found the buyer here on RedWeek).
