I was able to deed back my two weeks by calling the resort and explaining to them that I was going to get rid of them with or without their assistance. It worked with two resorts. You have to find the person at the resort who handles that problem. It might take a few phone calls but it's worth a try. It's better for you and them to agree upon a deed back. It let's you off the hook and it saves them the legal expense of a lawsuit and not receiving maintenance fees for years. They can then resell them to someone who will pay future maintenance fees.
