Are they licensed real estate brokers? Ask them. If they say "No", then they can not legally sell timeshares for you. If they say "Yes", then ask in which state they are licensed. Remember, licensed real estate agents take their commission out of the proceeds of the sale. You should not have to put out one dime to complete the sale.
