Never, ever pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, market, or "cancel" your timeshare.

As for RedWeek, it's not a large fee. It clearly tells you that the fee is for advertising only. A lot of these scam companies charge a large, upfront fee telling you they will sell or rent out your timeshare only to send you a contract (after you've paid them) telling you that they're only advertising it. There's a huge difference between selling and advertising.
