Thanks! I figured so. But, this company said they already have a buyer, they sent us a "guaranteed contract", and now of course they want "upfront" "reimbursable" fees. By the way, do you know anything about stopping paying maintenance fees on a Mexican timeshare? I note in the forums they talk about what happens if you quit paying United States owned timeshares, but if we quit paying ours, which is in Mexico, what are typically the ramifications (to our credit in particular)? We paid the thing off years ago, so there is no mortgage.
