It's simple. I explained to them that I was going to get rid of my timeshare with or without their assistance. I was going to have it transfered out of my name. If the new owner didn't pay the maintenance fees it was not my problem. This way they could find someone to pay the maintenance fees without going through thousands of doallrs in legal fees and missed fees. for years.
