There is no one more qualified to sell a Timeshare than the same resort staff that sold the original owner the property.
Through the rental process the Resorts themselves sell the renter as to why buying at the resort makes sense. The sellers we work with price properties cheaper than the resort. The renter knows going in what they can purchase the property for.
The charges depend on the program the client is interested in. We offer one time rentals, one time rental with sale option and continuous rental and sale option. Further pricing is based off the number of units the consumer wishes us to work with. As to your hypothetical questions about Elda and Martin I've no clue what your getting at. Pricing doesn't work that way at TS Concepts.
