I used to enjoy owning at SImpson Bay but turned over our timeshares due to the ever increasing fees. Maint went from 450 to 900. Then they added a special assessment of 450, then they wanted the owners to pay for redoing all of the condos another 1200. With 2 weeks that was just way too much money. If you buy there, beware. They will keep raising your maint fees.
