I heard about Omnicorp Development at a resort in the Dominican Republic, promoted by somebody who had worked before at the Coconut Sunset. Sounds exactly the way E.P. is working.

How exactly is E.P. being brought into the game at the Coconut Sunset? How do they collect the money?
