Gran Lux Management Solutions (by John K.):
Another timeshare sales ripoff. They will eventually want some fees and then disappear. I take their calls and play their game for a while, then I shut the door when they ask for money. I use this information to post on web sites as information for the unsuspecting. I believe that there is a single group operating under different names from different states. The reason I suspect this is because they send me a proposal which I sign and return. After they forward the signed document to another office, the new office recognizes my email address that I used from another timeshare scam. I never hear from them again. Also all of these people are most likely in Mexico using a Magic Jack device connected to their computer so it appears they are calling from the US. Some use an American name but have a Mexican accent. Don't be fooled. Play their game for a while, do your research, do not sing any legal documents, do not send money, then post your experience for others to read. As more and more people become aware of these scammers, fewer and fewer will lose their money.
