I do not and have never worked for Redweek. I am merely a former customer that sold timeshares via Redweek and I didn't mind paying for that service. The reason I chose Redweek was it's ease of posting an ad and the volume of memberships (over 1 million). I wanted my ads to be seen, they were and they sold.
I post on Redweek's forums mainly, for readers not educated on the subject of timeshares, to educate them on all the scams out there (there are thousands out there, especially on the internet), and more scammers jump on the bandwagon every day. Millions upon millions of people own timeshares and it's a lucrative business for scammers.
Many people believe everything they read on the internet and if they see an enticing timeshare ad that includes a webpage url and that reader goes to that webpage and sees that it looks and sounds very professional then many believe what they read on that fancy, and well developed, webpage.
I don't know one iota about all the points systems so I never post in forums concerning points.
I believe if Red Wishes were monitored on a daily basis and those Red Wish posts that were abusing the system (ie: placing ads in Red Wishes) were deleted then it could work again. There are many scammers that try to advertise in Redweek's forums, but fortunately I, and other regular posters, contact Redweek in order for those ads to be deleted that marty doesn't catch. I realize that marty can't monitor the forums 24/7/365.
