Susan, I'm glad you got out of it in time. We're waiting to see their response to my parents' lawyer's letter. We got a response letter from the La. Attorney General saying they would be contacting Sunset Harbor Resort. Also,RCI said if they get a lot of complaints, they will warn SHR about being dropped from RCI's program.
