Hey Dennis, I'm sorry you had to cancel your Custom House trip; I know you like it there. I hope you/your family are OK. We missed a day in Aruba (bummer) once and CSA paid us for the day's value. We were happy and the claim came pretty quickly. We also have used the insurance through Interval, but luckily haven't had to use it, so I'm not sure what they cover. Hope this helps.
