We were approached with this group at a Perkins Restaurant end of February. WE have yet to receive our deed to Sunset Harbor Resorts (Five months later), hear from PRL w/it's promises, saw the office in Las Vegas??????, did not want to talk to us, BJ Cooke did finally call after they told him we were there. Since then no correspondence either by Vegas office or BJ or as stated in first part of this posting.
