Jayjay, Help me here. I guess I am missing something. That explains that people are marketed out to attend an update meeting. They then mentioned some entities. Lastly they say that they don't endorse any third party resale or rental companies. I HAVE COVERED THIS 5 TIMES. I am proud of you that you can copy and paste. Great work. But you're getting an "F" for interpretation. If your goal is to show that ARDA doesn't sponsor 3rd party rental and resale companies then good work. You nailed it. They probably do send sponsor RCI though... A company that had a class action suit against them in 2009 due to poor availability and the fact that they were taking weeks that should have been going into exchange and renting them out or selling them to vacation clubs. Ever wonder how you can't get an exchange into Hawaii but you can buy an extra week through RCI website for $1300? At least the fees are consistent. They've only went from $79/$99 per evchange to $194 in 2012. Then if your kids want to use it a guess fee is $59.95. And a yearly enrollment is $89. Now they have mandatory credits program for weeks owners. They charge you if you need more, charge you to combine for 1 reservation, and still have the normal fees listed before. These guys on this forum make it a point to warn everyone from these awful guy like me that sent out 17 checks on Friday ranging $2450-$12750 while my people are using VSI to get an exchange or booking WITHOUT EXCHANGE OR GUEST FEES. There is a reason that RCI has a second lawsuit brewed up now and why you won't see an owner of ours that waits it out for the initial 9 months complain. We got something figured out here. JayJay congrats. I looked on another forum and found where you have sold your timeshare for a little bit here and there. That's great work beings that people can't get rid of them for $1 and even pay acquisition companies $1500-$5000 per deed to TAKE them. Those poor people that bought your's.... Maybe there is a "scammer" on this forum. Please actually stop petting your 16 cats and read the forum before you post about my company again.

ARDA specifically mentions your name and your company, JB Cooke, duh. Talk about not interpreting. And you have never answered about the PRL salesmen that charged $9000 on tina's parents' credit card.

You say that your company doesn't sell anything .... that's an outright lie .... you set up meetings at restaurants and when you find a sucker to buy into your program money changes hands .... that's selling .... look up the word in the dictionary.
